You serious !!

2 bowls of ceral a day, plus a meal in the evening…. Feed me I’m wasting away !!

1 & half bowls of cereal twice a day.

PLUS a banana, in the morning , and another “healthy” snack in the afternoon…

then a meal in the evening..

 We shall see, 2 weeks to go.

Well kinda.

Being Vegetarian, I’m really not fond of the label, and the ” can he eat wafer thin ham?? ” comments…. I have abused the fact that I lack vitamins etc, MY mother always said to eat them, but I also thought that a baked potato , ( as a teenager with vinegar ) probably gave me all the nutrients I needed !

 Winter is over, and the Vitamins M.U.S.T start again, I felt so much better before, just need to take them again.!

  Also the diet started this week,

Easy diet, ANYONE can do this one

1) Drastically cut down on bread ( you must have a couple of slices etc a week thogh )

2) STOP eating biscuits, and chocolate. , and crisps ( hard to do in the pub ) END OF

3) watch the alcohol intake

4) DO NOT eat after 8pm

5) Cut down on the size of the food portions, and now it is spring (kinda) try and swap some of those pasta, spud meals for salad !!

 Sounds alot, but it isn’t really, is it, it is just starting it, which is hard.

 Oh yer, and Porridge and OJ for breakfast.

Theres yer oats.


I have lasted about 3 months on about 1 slice of bread a week.

Obviously I have eaten more than that a week ! But the bread thing is the main reason that I have lost weight, ( as well as upping my daily calcium intake )

But yesterday in my ploy to get Darcy off of potato’s and on to various foods, we tried the beans on toast, daddy eats what darcy eats experiment !!  and to a certain extent it worked !!  but I ended up eating more bread than I would have liked !!

diet starts again, 5 lbs to lose before xmas hopefully !!  haha
