D was funny as ever last night, as I sung her to sleep she was correcting the words, and choosing the songs ! very funny

Day 4 of the “back on the spaghetti hoops, and no bread “diet, so far so good

J saw Sound of Music musical last night, apparently the lead, fell over in the first song…   I guess it happens to us all !
